completely different smell

smells nothing like the fragrance is supposed to. Contacted customer service who advised me they get it from the same distributor and had a recent stocking date. Advised would check with distributer if any faulty batches were reported. This was over a week ago, no contact made since.

Hi Chris,
Apologies but we haven't heard back from our rep yet so we couldn't reply to you. Let us send another email and hopefully we will get a response.

Apologies again

Warm regards,
Ascent team
