Please note**

We're doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, however, due to increased volumes our delivery partners are experiencing some delays - so you may notice your order taking a little longer than usual to reach you. 

If delivery dates differ and or there is any delay due to delivery courier after item has been dispatched, Ascent Luxury Cosmetics is not responsible.

Online orders are packed during business hours, Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placement time from our Sydney warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, all relevant tracking information will be emailed to customer. Please allow at least 24 hours from dispatch time for tracking information to become available. If there is any delay in dispatching an order, the friendly team will notify customer and discuss options accordingly.

We take no responsibility for incorrectly typed addresses and all orders will be shipped to whatever address is listed in the address section.

Ascent Luxury Cosmetics is not liable for any attempted deliveries that were unsuccessful due to the above reasons. It is up to the customer to follow up any unsuccessful deliveries.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only, based on guidance from Australia Post and our delivery partners. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Ascent Luxury Cosmetics cannot be held liable for delays within the Australia Post network, or for any delays, missed deliveries, or other issues caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping costs may increase due to this aforementioned reason.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. 

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

Who will deliver my parcel?

How to track your parcel with Australia Post

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Ascent Luxury Cosmetics which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Tracking notice will be also emailed to you through Aust Post.

Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:

All parcels require signature upon delivery, if no one is home, parcel will be taken to local post office for collection. This is determined based on the delivery address provided.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions.

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock.

This will be reflected in your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
